Option 1: without carpet cleaning or Option 2: with carpet cleaning

The following is included in the price:

- Washrooms

- Kitchens

- Inside All Appliances

- Walls and Doors

- Light Fixtures

- Interior of Windows and Blinds

- Exterior of Patio Doors (Weather Permitting)

- Vacuuming

- Carpet Cleaning (Option 2 only)

Optional Services:

- Exterior Windows (Ground Floor Only)

Possible Additional Fees:

- There maybe additional charges for pre-treating heavily soiled carpets. 

- There will be a per item charge, based on item size, for removing and disposing any items left in the unit.

- We will charge a fee per bag of garbage we remove from the unit, which we do not produce during the cleaning process.

Please note that there is a minimum charge of $250.
